Description
- Continuous business improvement of the Customer Service department and the Logistics department
- Prepare Statement of Works, requirement specifications and evaluate offers
- Requirement specifications are for processes and systems. Customer developed CRM system and Salesforce Service Cloud and Communities
- Identify, initiate, plan and steer changes to the Customer Service department and the Logistics department
- Investigate or troubleshoot functional problems
- Oversee Quality and Service management
- Overall project management
- Interface between business, operations (IT) and suppliers
Technical skills
Must have
- Thorough and analytical
- Knowledge of hardware and software
- Familiarity with several project management fields
- Budget and SLA awareness
Nice to have
- Salesforce experience (e.g. Lightning Platform, Communities, Service Cloud Marketing Cloud)

Degree and years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Language skills
- Dutch: Good
- English: Mothertongue / Excellent
- French: Good
