• If you pay the toll on a prepaid scheme, or on a post-paid scheme with a credit card, you will receive per vehicle: 1 tax statement of Flemish Region, 1 tax statement of the Brussels-Capital Region, 1 SOFICO invoice (for the Walloon Region), and the recapitulation sheet.
  Optional documents: you will also receive the fleet overview statement and the detailed trip statement per vehicle if these options have been selected on the Road User Portal.
• If you pay the toll on a post-paid scheme with a fuel card, via a Business Partner or by direct debit, you will receive per Region and per payment mean: 1 fleet tax statement of Flemish Region, 1 fleet tax statement of the Brussels-Capital Region, 1 SOFICO fleet invoice (for the Walloon Region) and their annexes (including the detailed trip statement per Region).

Optional documents: you will also receive the fleet overview statement and the detailed trip statement per vehicle if these options have been selected on the Road User Portal.
