Description
- Follow up on software incidents and defects
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues
- Create test scenarios, test planning, and perform tests
- Prepare for releases and perform verification after release
- Monitor and handle support/escalation tickets assigned to the Enforcement Dept.
- System (Databases) analysis & reporting
- Collaborate with suppliers and users
- Assist product & project managers with new functionalities and analysis

- Relational databases (structure/queries/statistics)
- Experience in documenting and reporting
