Confirm your bank account details and get back your OBU deposit!
You can easily get your pending OBU deposit(s) refunded in a few clicks: all you need to do is to confirm the bank account to which the money has to be tranferred!
See hereunder how:
1. Log onto the Road User Portal
2. Click on the warning message
3. Click on "Return OBU"
Make your choice
- Select "Use data from account" if you want the deposit to be refunded on the bank account you have specified in your Road User Portal account.
- Select "Enter new data" if you want the deposit to be refunded on another account, and specify the corresponding details.
Click on "CONFIRM".
Repeat
Repeat these actions for each line under "Process type" (in Step 3)
The deposit will be reimbursed within 7 working days.
