- Use strategic thinking to see the big picture, determine and understand fundamental operational performance of Service Points and Logistics.
- Delivering business insights in form of intelligent dashboards, automating reports, revealing insights, using connectivity data to monitor machine behaviors, investigate causality for given events, predict part / machine lifetime, machine running hours, …
- Work independently or in close relationship with the Data Analytics team on data derived from Financial Transactions, Service Points, Logistics, Customer Service...
- Responsible for data extraction, uncovering trends, patterns, visualizing outcome, and give recommendations
- Interpret data based on specific knowledge of statistics and procedures used
- Synthesize findings from analysis and make verbal/written recommendations to the management
- Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analyses
- Update knowledge in the database and take ownership of the data structure.
- Follow-up of incidents and changes related to information systems.
